To foster and strengthen regional collaborative partnerships to play an active role in driving inclusive and equitable climate resilience actions. The research-action consortium will engage with grass root organizations, multi-disciplinary academics, the business/private sector, and policy/decision makers to enhance knowledge co-production and transform knowledge infrastructures in urban development and climate change.
